VeCoTek® Sterilizer
VecoTek sterilizer TECHNOLOGY is suitable for all surfaces, and it provides a protective layer on the surface to immediately kill viruses and bacteria. The protective coating destroys the outer covering of microbes and viruses, eliminates them completely, and prevents the spread of infection.
It is a new alternative to short lasting sterlizers.
100% Protection
Short Contact Time
Have a long Life
Stopping the spread
VeCoTek® Sterilizer
NEW GENERATION OF STERILIZER
This new generation of disinfectant will provide better protection against the transmission of pathogens.
Applicable on all surfaces.
Does not contain solvent
No harmful materials.
Very fast effectiveness
No Colour Effect
Very long life.
VeCoTek® STERILIZER. long-lasting
VeCoTek was formulated with inorganic materials designed to sterilize for up to ten days. Tests were completed to verify the results.
In this study, test surfaces were sprayed with VeCoTek and dried for 30 minutes at room temperature. As a negative control uncoated samples were prepared in same conditions. After all samples were prepared equal amounts of bacteria culture were inoculated to the coated and uncoated sample surfaces by spraying method for determinate the disinfectant efficacy and contact time of VeCoTek. Bacteria were cultivated on Nutrient agar by taking samples from different parts of the samples by swabbing in the below-mentioned time periods. Bacteria cultivated plates were incubated at 37 °C for 24 hours.
According to these in-house results and the results from an independent virus testing lab, VeCoTek has high efficacy and long-term effect which is its unique characteristic
Effect of VeCoTek sterilizer on different types of microbes
VeCoTek STERILIZER Exhibits immediate effect.
Surfaces that harbor microbes are know as fomites and are a serious concern for the transmission of disease. That is why, then the surface is coated with VeCoTek, it is important that the microbes are killed / rendered inert quickly to prevent transmission. This is exactly what was observed with VeCoTek coated surfaces as shown in the following test results.
VeCoTek applied on surfaces was stable over the entire 60-day observation period. Tests showed that VeCoTek was still active on surface 60-days after application. After t = 30 sec a bacteria reduction (RF) of 4Log was recorded (corresponding to 99,99 % of inactivation) for both of the Escherichia coli and Enterococcus faecalis. There was no bacterial growth on surfaces at t = 600 sec and t=1200 sec for Escherichia coli and Enterococcus faecalis, respectively.
